Who we are
AVGfilter, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94549990, is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Contact: support@avgfilter.com.
Which data
Through the contact form and the Founding Pilot application we process name, email address, company name and your message. For downloads we record which file was fetched and the browser type, without name or IP address. We count visitors without tracking cookies.
Why
We use your data only to respond to your request and to run the Founding Pilot. The legal basis is your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to a request. Form data is never sent to an AI model.
Our products
The browser extension, the Doc Scanner and the Android keyboard process your texts and files locally on your device. That content never reaches us. Only the online demo on this website sends the entered text to a filter service to show the result; do not enter real data there.
Retention
We keep contact requests for at most two years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer.
Sharing
We never sell data. We use processors for hosting and email within the EU, under data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Email support@avgfilter.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
