An estimator lets AI draft a quote based on a calculation. AVGfilter replaces customer name, address and payment details with tokens; the model writes the text with placeholders and the quote comes back readable.
Work orders and breakdown files
Technician notes with name, address and phone number
Technician notes are summarised per customer or installation for handover and planning. The summarisation runs on tokenized text; names and addresses never reach the model.

Incoming messages with contact and address details
Registrations and breakdown reports are read, categorised and answered automatically. The intake passes the filter layer first, so automation never sends personal data towards the model.
